Barb started making candies as a hobby and giving them away to family, friends and co-workers. One of her co-workers urged her to sell her product at the Colonial Heritage Craft Show in 1997. Barb has been doing this show since then, along with numerous other shows. Each year she does an Easter candy fundraiser for the Schoharie Central School senior class and one for the Sharon Springs Central School poster club. She is fully licensed and insured.
